Home Market Valuation: When we do a market analysis to determine our clients home market value, we not only find the best comparables but also use market data costs for the Twin Cities for any cost value adjustments. We do not pick numbers out of the air... it's in black and white! Our client's market value basis will be on a good foundation.

Professional 24 hour Showing Appointment Center: Agents can call our appointment center 24/7 to schedule a showing. Each call is logged with agents name, number, email and requested time and day for showing. Not only are our clients notified of a showing, but we are notified as well. Our clients can view all the showing activities and the showing agent's feedback for their home by accessing the Showing Appointment Center website with their own unique user name and password.

Showing Feedback Follow-up: If showing agents do not fill out the appointment center feedback form, we call them to get feedback. Feedback is very important! It tells us what the potential buyers and their agents are saying about our client's home.  We work very hard at getting feedback and we can say that we are 99% successful.

www.jimandconnie.us: A sign rider is hung from the For Sale sign in your yard with our website address. Not only is our client's home information on the Multiple Listing Service, used exclusively by agents for their clients, but their home is also on our website. Here they can view detailed information and pictures, virtual tours, maps, disclosures, etc.

Electronic Lock Box: We use electronic key lock boxes for better security and we can generate reports of access times and agent names.

Market Reports: Every 30 days that a client's home is on the market, we compile a market analysis to update our clients regarding the current market. The report includes market activity such as comparable homes that have sold, gone under contract or have come on the market. These reports insures that our clients are knowledgeable and up-to-date of the market conditions. 

We do not charge our clients, any additional fees that are labeled by other real estate companies as 'transaction fees', 'broker fees', 'compliance fees', etc.
