Connie: "I grew up in southwestern Minnesota on a family farm. I obtained a nursing degree and worked as an RN in the mental health field. I can best be described as a 'people person' with a passion for conversation and relationships. I enjoy cooking, knitting and staying abreast on medical issues."

 Jim: "I was born and raised in the Twin Cities metro area. I have a BA degree in Urban Studies. I was part owner of a commercial contracting business for over 25 years. I enjoy reading adventure novels and have a love of history. "

We are licensed in the State of Minnesota, members of the National Association of REALTORS®, Minnesota Association of REALTORS® and the North Metro Association of REALTORS®.

We are certified Senior Advisors, which enables us to make a commitment to assisting the 55+ age group for their housing needs. If you are within this age group or have a friend or family member who is,  we would invite you to contact us to find out more about the changing and innovative housing market occurring within the Twin Cities and the options available. Along with our real estate expertise, we have joined together with other professionals who are dedicated to working with the 55+ group.

We were married in 1976 and have been blessed with three children. We have lived in the Plymouth/Maple Grove area for over 26 years and presently reside in Maple Grove. Each day begins with a quick work out, a walk with our dog, Chewy, and  bible study. 

We are actively involved in a local church. Our family sponsors a child, Rugamba Ayivoni,  from Rwanda, through Compassion International.

Homework Center Tutors work with others as a team to assist students with homework assignments and special projects with the goal of strengthening academic skills.

Assisting Pre-Foreclosures

As Christians, Connie & I are called to give guidance to those who are having financial difficulty such that either they may lose their home by the foreclosure process or are vulnerable to pre-foreclosure predators with promises of help while in fact are only looking at profiting. Our first goal is develop a plan that may prevents eminent foreclosure. Our second goal is to protect the homeowner from predators who seek out distressed homeowners.

Maple Grove Lake Water Quality Commission

Jim is a Commissioner on the Maple Grove Lake Water Quality Commission. This is a volunteer position that meets monthly with other commissioners, city council members and staff to plan and implement policies that will improve the lakes and wildlife areas in Maple Grove.

Maple Grove Community Center - Seniors

Jim & Connie are volunteer instructors for the SeniorNet computer classes held at the Maple Grove SeniorNet Learning center, Maple Grove Community Center and Jim is part of the SeniorsNet Users Group.
